1. Honestly I'm not really quite sure why I want to go on this mission trip. There are a lot of things factoring into the reason why I made my decision to go. A large portion does fall upon the fact that my mom continually asked me and pushed me to go, but I do know that I personally also want to go too. I went on a mission trip to Taiwan a couple years back and it was a really great experience, but I never really kept in touch with any of my students, nor do I know if they started attending church. I guess I most just want God to be able to use me in whatever way he can and to somehow use my life and my abilities to be able to glorify him.
2. Hmm I guess what I'm expecting out of this mission trip is to see God's power and how he can use people like me to glorify his name and to bring people closer to him even though I feel like I'm not a worthy tool. I also want to be able to build a stronger foundation in God and a stronger relationship with him before I leave for college in the Fall.
